Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive with experience in the kitchenware or home appliances industry. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-spoken, and capable of managing both sales and market development responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage sales across general trade, modern trade, and distributor channels.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as per company goals.
Identify new markets, onboard dealers/distributors, and expand product reach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts.
Conduct regular market visits to study competitors, customer needs, and market trends.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update management accordingly.
Support the planning and execution of product promotions and marketing activities.
Coordinate with internal teams for brochures, branding materials, and campaign planning.
Assist in product launches, exhibitions, and local promotional events.
Manage basic digital promotion activities to enhance brand visibility (as required).
Collect and analyze customer feedback to support product improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
4-6 years of experience in kitchenware or home appliances industry (mandatory).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of retail and distribution networks.
Ability to work independently, meet targets, and handle pressure effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Highly disciplined, energetic, and self-motivated personality.
