As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will assist in driving sales growth and support marketing activities while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. This position offers a mix of training, mentorship, and on-the-job learning. Key Responsibilities
- Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in generating leads and identifying potential customers.
- Support sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Learn to respond to customer inquiries and provide basic product or service information.
- Marketing Assistance:
- Help develop marketing content for social media, email campaigns, and other promotional materials.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new marketing ideas.
- Assist with organizing marketing events, such as trade shows, expos, or product launches.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Learn to maintain a customer database and record customer interactions.
- Support customer follow-up activities and track customer feedback.
- Market Research:
- Conduct basic market research to understand customer preferences and industry trends.
- Assist in analyzing competitor activities and identifying potential market opportunities.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Support the sales and marketing team with general administrative tasks, such as data entry, report preparation, and document management.
- Help coordinate meetings and appointments for the team.
- Intermediate(12th pass)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and take direction from supervisors.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
