Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Marketing Executive to join our esteemed process plant equipment manufacturing company. The ideal candidate should possess 5-10 years of experience in sales and marketing within the manufacturing industry. This role requires an individual who can leverage their industry knowledge, relationship-building skills, and strategic thinking to drive growth and increase our market share. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company revenue targets and market expansion goals. Identify and engage potential clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure long-term partnerships. Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies and ensure a competitive edge. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and operations, to ensure alignment between customer requirements and product offerings. Create compelling sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials that effectively communicate the value proposition of our steel equipment products. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results and meet or exceed sales targets. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase our products, network with potential clients, and gather market insights. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, market trends, and competitive analysis reports to management. Mentor and support junior sales team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 5-10 years of progressive experience in B2B sales and marketing within the steel equipment manufacturing or related industry. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and compelling manner. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, capable of identifying market opportunities and devising effective action plans. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools. A self-starter who is highly motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Willingness to travel as required to attend client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
