The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with clients in the rickshaw manufacturing industry. Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the E-Rickshaw manufacturing sector. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, dealers, and distributors. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote our products and services. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, advertisements, and promotional materials. Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase our products and network with potential clients. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review. Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding product specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules. Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry. Strong understanding of sales techniques, marketing principles, and customer relationship management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Valid driver\'s license and willingness to travel as needed. Knowledge of E-Rickshaw manufacturing processes and industry trends is a plus.
