The company is located in Karaswada IDC, Mapusa, Goa, and has a factory and office in Karaswada Thivim Industrial Estate. Pilankar Group was established in 1987. We offer Products Line like - Premium Aluminium Doors & Windows Metal Cladding for Ceilings & Exteriors MS Railing, Grills, Gates, Roofings & Claddings and more. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in North Goa. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, identifying and targeting potential clients, and maintaining and building relationships with existing clients. They will also manage and oversee advertising and promotional activities, as well as analyze and report on market trends and competitors. You will also be a major part of building a system for the smooth growing flow of work in the company. This Position will allow you to make major decisions and be the leader and responsible for the positive growth of the company. Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to train others and develop sales strategies
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and marketing software programs
• Experience in the Construction material Industry is a plus
• Prior communication and Client Relations with Architects, Civil Engineers, and Structural Engineers is a plus
• Experience in digital marketing is a plus
