Key responsibilities

Strategy and planning

: Develop and implement both sales and marketing strategies to meet company goals, and conduct market research to identify opportunities and analyze competitors.

Marketing activities

: Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, develop marketing materials, and use digital marketing tactics like SEO/SEM and social media.

Sales activities

: Identify and target potential clients, generate leads, conduct sales presentations, negotiate deals, and close sales to achieve revenue targets.

Client and relationship management

: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, handle customer service and feedback, and manage client databases.

Performance and analysis

: Monitor sales and marketing performance, track key metrics, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns to management.

Budget management

: Develop and manage budgets for sales and marketing activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Collaboration

: Work closely with other internal teams, such as product development, to ensure brand consistency and achieve cohesive messaging.
Essential qualifications and skills

Education

: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is often required.

Experience

: Proven experience in a sales or marketing role.

Technical skills

: Proficiency with CRM software, marketing automation tools, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Office.

Soft skills

: Strong analytical, project management, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are crucial.

: The ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with a results-driven mindset and the capacity to work under pressure.
