Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Meeting both the business and scientific needs of healthcare professionals
  • Reviewing sales performance
  • Organising appointments and meetings with community- and hospital-based healthcare staff
  • Identifying and establishing new business
  • Demonstrating or presenting products to healthcare staff including doctors, nurses and pharmacists
  • Employee tracking and performance enhancement
  • Data-driven sales forecasting
  • Team building and skill enhancement
  • Strategic product performance analysis
  • REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Record of success in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with healthcare specialists
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products, medical terminology and healthcare practices
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet sales targets within the assigned territory
  • Freshers are welcome
  • Salary Negotiable
