Roles & Responsibilities:

Meeting both the business and scientific needs of healthcare professionals
Reviewing sales performance
Organising appointments and meetings with community- and hospital-based healthcare staff
Identifying and establishing new business
Demonstrating or presenting products to healthcare staff including doctors, nurses and pharmacists
Employee tracking and performance enhancement
Data-driven sales forecasting
Team building and skill enhancement
Strategic product performance analysis
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Bachelor\'s Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Record of success in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with healthcare specialists
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products, medical terminology and healthcare practices
Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet sales targets within the assigned territory
Freshers are welcome
Salary Negotiable
