Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a recruitment professional with experience in Bench Sales, Sales, Resume making, and Marketing Operations Head. As Marketing Operations Head, they will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies in line with company goals, while recruiting responsibilities will include identifying, qualifying and pre-screening potential candidates for our clients\' needs.
For Fresher we will provide 7 days training. Qualifications Anyone can apply for this job (12th pass and above). Minimum 0 to 2 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or marketing roles Experience with recruitment techniques such as direct sourcing, social media, and relevant job boards Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to effectively communicate ideas and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proficient in MS Office Suite and G Suites Detail-oriented and able to work collaboratively within a team.
