Branding & Marketing agency is seeking a highly motivated and talented Marketing & Sales Manager. In this role, you will be working on a project for a renowned diamond jeweller, where you will be responsible for building relationships with existing clients and making personalised outreach via personalised gifting and other PR activities to boost brand recall value. You will be responsible for strategising contact with clients and finding creative ways to make them feel special.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and identify opportunities to engage with them in a personalised way.
  • Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to boost the brand recall value for the jeweller brand.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop unique gifting and PR ideas that will help to create an emotional connection with clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and use this knowledge to identify new opportunities for the jeweller brand.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure that task targets are met, and that clients receive exceptional service.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing and sales initiatives, and make recommendations for improvement where necessary.
  • Acquiring reports of existing agencies working with the brand and making weekly/ monthly reports as required.
  • Communicating with other agencies as and when required.
  • Thinking out of the box to outreach our PAN India clients.

Skills :





Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 1 years of experience in marketing and sales roles, preferably in the luxury industry.
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships with clients and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset, with the ability to develop unique and personalised ideas.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as required.
  • Willing to travel if necessary.
