Key Responsibilities
Manage Residential Real Estate Sales in Navi Mumbai and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Handle end-to-end buyer interactions, explain project offerings, and provide daily consultations.
Attend and respond to inquiries generated from various platforms while understanding buyer needs and expectations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and end-customers.
Conduct negotiations and provide market insights related to pricing, property value, and market conditions.
Offer advisory support to customers to help them secure the best deal under the best terms.
Identify client requirements and recommend the most suitable residential properties.
Schedule engagement meetings with qualified leads and deliver high-quality property presentations.
Showcase and sell primary residential projects based on the customer's investment or living needs.
Perform comparative market analysis to determine fair property pricing.
Coordinate with the internal CRM team to ensure seamless after-sales support.
Demonstrate strong values: integrity, customer focus, teamwork, problem-solving, and effective communication.
Skills & Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in Direct Sales or Real Estate.
Strong aggressive sales mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-handling skills.
Highly presentable with a positive attitude and confidence to take on challenges.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.

Compensation
Fixed Salary + Performance-based increments
Salary based on last drawn and interview evaluation (?30,000 - ?60,000)
