Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies, set sales targets, and create sales action plans.
Performance management:
Monitor the sales team's performance, provide coaching and training, and conduct performance reviews.
Market analysis:
Stay current on market trends, analyze sales data, and use insights to adjust sales tactics and strategies.
Client and relationship management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.
Sales and reporting:
Oversee the sales process, negotiate deals, and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Compliance:
Ensure all sales activities comply with real estate laws and ethical standards.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure seamless operations and support sales initiatives.
Required qualifications
Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar management role.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and trends.
Experience with CRM software and other sales tools is often required.
A bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field is often preferred
