: As the Sales Manager-Mortgages, you will be responsible for overseeing the mortgage sales team and driving the overall sales strategy for the Bharat Business Loans division. Your primary focus will be on achieving sales targets, expanding the customer base, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role requires a results-driven and strategic approach to sales management, with a keen eye for identifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage sales management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
