Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales to HVAC /BMS contractors, consultants and end-users across sectors like Data Centres, HVAC, BMS, and Automation.
Execute both short-term and long-term sales strategies in line with company goals.
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including consultants and contractors.
Prepare quotations, negotiate, and close orders efficiently.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity.
Maintain visit schedules, reports, and follow-up actions.
Candidate Profile:
Diploma/B.E. in Instrumentation or Electronics.
Experience in sales of instrumentation/sensor-based products.
Prior experience in BMS, HVAC, or Automation industry is a strong advantage.
Strong communication, technical selling, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel across India as per business needs.
