As a part of expansion, we are inviting applications from various individuals willing to work with us as Sales Managers-Channel Sales at various locations. Candidates from real estate industry with prior experience of Channel Sales will be preferred. The ideal candidate is expected to:- 1) Meet and build a network a channel partners and real estate brokers who will provide leads for our various projects in Goa. 2) Thoroughly understand our projects and being able to communicate the same to prospective channel partners and real estate brokers. 3) Meet the client referred by the channel partner and real estate brokers and start briefing about the project so as to build up interest of a prospective client. Also keep a track of prospective client\'s visit to Goa and accordingly convey to head office so as to schedule a site visit. 4) Being pro-active to generate leads and meet prospective buyers through own sources. 5) Effectively use the ERP of the company to mark daily attendance and calls being made to ensure proper monitoring by reporting manager. 6) Organize meet and greet camps at prescribed intervals for new/existing channel partners and real estate brokers to motivate them.
