: Job Summary
The Sales Manager at TWL is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and leading the sales team to achieve targets. The role focuses on expanding market presence, improving sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction aligned with TWL's business objectives. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments for TWL products/services.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
Team Leadership & Management
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
  • Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and performance expectations.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training and development support.
Client & Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee negotiations, pricing, and contract closures to ensure profitability.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.
Reporting & Forecasting
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.

Qualifications & Experience
