Roles & Responsibility required for the posted job are:
Ensuring on the sales plan achievement.
Adhered to the "Daily Work Management" and ensure all reports are generated on time.
Guiding the other branches and Sub dealers in adhering to standard sales process guidelines and help them improve retail performance.
Ensure the customer experience at the dealership is as per standards.
Ability to analyse reports and take corrective actions.
Responsible for Sales manpower appointment, training, development and retention.
Ability to Liase with TVSM w.r.t vehicle ordering, Finance, scheme & Activities etc.
Coaching and Mentoring sales team.
Ensuring dealership infra and all sales processes are adhered as per standards.
Leakage analysis of lost enquiries.
Liase with finance institutions, insurance, RTO and allied businesses for smooth operations
Create a conductive atmosphere for working at the dealership.
Conducting self audit on the standards specified by the management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
