Identify and pursue new business opportunities with developers, contractors, architects, and government bodies.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication and client service.
Prepare and present detailed sales proposals, bids, and tenders for construction projects.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sales agreements in alignment with company policies.
Collaborate with the estimating, operations, and project management teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on performance metrics to senior management.
Recruit, train, and manage the sales team, ensuring they are equipped to meet targets and maintain client satisfaction.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
