Job Description

Our Client, seeking a Sales Manager to lead and drive sales initiatives within the recruitment sector in North India. This role would involve identifying the right stakeholders, setting up meetings and assist in closure of deals

  • Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and qualify potential clients across retail, FMCG, telecom, and consumer sectors.
  • Client Engagement: Initiate cold calls, warm introductions, and digital outreach to set up meetings with decision-makers.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and prepare for client meetings attended by senior leadership; ensure alignment on objectives and outcomes.
  • Opportunity Assessment: Understand client needs, assess interest levels, and tailor the client's service offerings accordingly.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a structured sales funnel, track progress, and report weekly updates to regional leadership.
  • Deal Support: Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, pricing models, and assist in final negotiations.
  • Regional Oversight: Manage business development activities across North India, ensuring coverage and growth in key markets.

A successful Sales Manager should have:
  • Proven track record of success in sales within the recruitment, business services or co-working industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
