Develop and execute strategies to drive in new and existing markets.
Spearhead the Sales & Business Development functions for Solar Product/Package Sales.
Generate new leads, fix up meeting with potential clients, provide basic initial sales offers and convince the customers.
Should be open to travelling.
Must have excellent negotiation skills, while keeping the company image in mind at all times.
Proficient in educating the potential clients about Solar Plants and its benefits.
Meet Architects, Builders, Corporate clients and promote all product ranges.
Should be goal oriented and meet company's sales target.
Prompt in providing after sales support.
Taking inquiries from customers via phone and email, and quoting in accordance with the customer's requirements, ensuring that all inquiries are responded to in line with the customer's time frame.
Create a roadmap for new product business development, initiate actions for generating sales. Provide/ organize sales support, monitor status, and ensure achievement on a sustained basis.
Minimum Requirements:
B.Tech in any stream.
Prior Experience of 2 years is a must.
Must be proficient in working with MS Word, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
