Degree Level: Bachelor's Degree
: Key Responsibilities

• Source new customers for secured business loans (LAP, mortgage-backed business loans, property loans, etc.)
• Generate leads through field activities, referrals, DSAs, and local market networks
• Explain loan products, eligibility, and documentation requirements to customers
• Collect and verify KYC, financial documents, and property-related papers
• Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams for case processing
• Support Relationship Managers in achieving login and disbursement targets
• Maintain daily activity reports, pipeline updates, and MIS
• Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards
• Provide post-disbursement support and basic customer service

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred)
• 0-3 years of experience in secured loan sales or financial services
• Freshers with strong sales aptitude may be considered
• Basic understanding of secured lending products preferred
