: Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for Secured Business Loans (LAP/Business LAP/Working Capital/SME loans).
  • Identify and acquire new customers through direct sourcing, DSAs, connectors, and channel partners.
  • Generate business by conducting market mapping, branch visits, and local business outreach activities.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and ensure timely conversion of leads.
2. Team Management
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales executives/relationship officers.
  • Train the team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance guidelines.
  • Drive productivity and ensure achievement of individual and team targets.
  • Conduct regular reviews, field visits, and performance monitoring.
3. Credit & Documentation
  • Ensure accurate customer profiling and loan assessment before submission to credit.
  • Assist the credit team with required documentation, field investigations, and PDD (post-disbursement documentation).
  • Ensure adherence to underwriting policies, RBI guidelines, and internal risk frameworks.
4. Channel & Relationship Management
  • Build strong relations with DSAs, Chartered Accountants, brokers, and other sourcing partners.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders-credit, operations, legal, collection, and branch teams.
  • Ensure a superior customer experience and high service standards.
5. Compliance & Audit
  • Ensure all KYC, AML, compliance, and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Maintain high process adherence and zero audit observations.
  • Monitor portfolio quality and coordinate with collections for overdue management.
Key Skills & Competencies
  • Strong knowledge of Secured Business Loans / SME Lending / LAP products.
  • Good understanding of financial statements, cash flow analysis, and collateral evaluation.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Leadership ability with experience in managing sales teams.
  • Strong communication and customer handling skills.
  • Target-oriented, self-driven, and disciplined.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Graduate/MBA in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred).
  • 3-6 years of experience in secured SME/business loan sales; at least 1-2 years in team handling.
  • Experience with NBFCs, banks, or fintechs in SME lending is a plus.
