: Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development

  • Drive sales of secured business loan products including LAP, Mortgage Loans, and other secured funding solutions
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets individually and through the team
  • Identify new business opportunities through direct sales, DSAs, connectors, builders, and referrals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers
Team Management
  • Recruit, train, and manage Relationship Officers / Sales Executives
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback
  • Conduct daily/weekly sales reviews and performance tracking
Credit & Process Management
  • Ensure quality sourcing and adherence to credit policies
  • Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement
  • Maintain healthy portfolio quality and control delinquency levels
Customer Relationship Management
  • Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable secured loan products
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Resolve customer queries and escalations promptly
Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with internal policies and regulatory guidelines
  • Prepare and submit MIS, sales reports, and pipeline updates
  • Maintain accurate documentation and audit readiness
Key Skills & Competencies
  • Strong knowledge of secured lending products (LAP, Mortgage Loans, Business Loans)
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills
  • Team handling and leadership ability
  • Understanding of credit appraisal and documentation

Qualifications & Experience
  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred)
  • 4-7 years of experience in secured lending sales
  • Minimum 1-2 years of team handling experience preferred
  • Experience with NBFCs, Banks, or Financial Institutions is desirable
