: ey Responsibilities 1. Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for secured business loan products (LAP, mortgage-backed loans, working capital secured loans, etc.).
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of high-quality leads through direct sourcing, channel partners, DSAs, and corporate tie-ups.
  • Conduct client meetings, understand financial needs, and recommend suitable secured loan solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market share.
2. Team Management
  • Support and supervise the sales team/ROs/relationship executives in lead generation, client acquisition, and deal closure.
  • Provide regular coaching, performance feedback, and sales training to enhance productivity.
  • Track daily sales performance metrics and ensure team adherence to policies and timelines.
3. Credit & Risk Coordination
  • Work closely with credit, legal, and operations teams to ensure timely processing of loan applications.
  • Conduct preliminary financial analysis and eligibility assessments before forwarding files to credit.
  • Ensure adherence to credit guidelines, documentation standards, and risk policies.
  • Maintain high portfolio quality by monitoring early delinquency trends and supporting collection efforts when required.
4. Relationship Management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, channel partners, DSAs, and industry influencers.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt query resolutions and smooth onboarding.
  • Represent the company in local business events and networking forums as needed.
5. Reporting & Compliance
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports covering sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal audit standards.
  • Keep updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and product developments.
Required Skills & Competencies
  • Strong knowledge of secured lending products (LAP, mortgage loans, working capital secured loans, SME finance).
  • Understanding of financial documents, credit evaluation parameters, and property assessment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Qualifications
  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 4-8+ years of experience in secured business loans/LAP/SME lending; at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Sales target achievement (value & volume).
  • Lead-to-disbursement conversion ratio.
  • Portfolio quality (delinquency levels).
  • Productivity of managed team.
  • Growth in channel partner network.
