: Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the Secured Business Loan vertical.
  • Generate new business through direct sourcing, channel partners, DSA/DST networks, and corporate tie-ups.
  • Identify and penetrate new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities.
  • Conduct sales presentations, customer meetings, and negotiations to close high-value deals.
  • Manage product positioning to maximize business growth and customer reach.
2. Team Management
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Executives / Relationship Managers.
  • Set clear targets, track performance, and provide training and coaching for skill development.
  • Monitor sales productivity, pipeline movement, and deal closures.
3. Credit & Risk Coordination
  • Ensure high-quality sourcing by screening applications before submitting to credit.
  • Work with the credit and risk teams to improve approval ratios and portfolio health.
  • Monitor delinquency, early warning indicators, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure adherence to internal credit policies, regulatory guidelines, and KYC norms.
4. Customer Relationship Management
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive repeat and referral business.
  • Resolve customer queries, escalations, and post-disbursement issues in coordination with operations teams.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience at all touchpoints.
5. Market & Competitor Intelligence
  • Track competitor offers, pricing, and market shifts to adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Provide regular feedback to product and management teams to enhance offerings.
Key Skills & Competencies
  • Strong knowledge of secured lending products (LAP, mortgage-backed loans, SME loans).
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to build and manage channel networks (DSA/DST).
  • Team leadership and performance management capability.
  • Good understanding of credit analysis and loan documentation.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building skills, and customer focus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital lending platforms.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 4-8+ years of experience in secured business loans / LAP / SME lending.
  • Proven track record in managing a sales team and meeting loan disbursement targets.
  • Experience in NBFC/BFSI sector preferred.

  • Monthly disbursement volumes
  • Lead-to-disbursement conversion ratio
  • Portfolio quality (NPA %, delinquency %)
  • Team productivity and retention
  • Customer satisfaction / repeat business metrics
