: Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Development & Sales
Identify and acquire new customers (SMEs/business owners) for secured business loans (LAP/working capital loans against property).
Generate leads through cold calls, references, open market activity, and DSA/channel network.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in terms of volume and value. 2. Channel Management
Manage and develop DSAs, connectors, and referral partners.
Train and support partners to ensure quality sourcing and documentation.
Conduct regular market visits and partner meetings in Churu and surrounding areas. 3. Credit & Documentation
Ensure accurate and complete documentation of all loan proposals.
Work closely with credit, legal, and technical teams for quick turnaround.
Maintain high portfolio quality and support in post-disbursement documentation. 4. Market Intelligence & Reporting
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and local business conditions.
Provide regular MIS and reports to the reporting manager.
Recommend changes in products/policies based on field feedback. Key Requirements:
Education: Graduate / MBA preferred
Experience: 2-5 years in secured loan sales (preferably LAP, Mortgage, or Business Loans)
Local Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Churu market and nearby areas
Skills:
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and manage relationships
Target and result-oriented mindset
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Preferred Background:
Candidates with prior experience in banks, NBFCs, or housing finance companies dealing with secured loans.
Local candidates or those willing to relocate to Churu.
