: Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Business Development
Drive acquisition of new customers for secured business loans.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify new market segments and potential customer bases.
Conduct sales calls, customer meetings, and presentations. 2. Team Management
Manage and mentor a team of sales officers/executives.
Monitor daily performance and provide training/support as needed.
Set targets and ensure team productivity and goal achievement. 3. Channel & Partner Development
Develop and manage relationships with DSA, connectors, and referral partners.
Onboard and train new channels on product offerings and processes.
Ensure consistent lead flow and high-quality applications from channels. 4. Credit & Risk Compliance
Understand and implement credit underwriting criteria for SBL.
Work closely with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth file processing.
Ensure documentation and KYC compliance as per regulatory and internal guidelines. 5. Market Intelligence
Track competitor activities and market trends.
Provide feedback to product and marketing teams for improvement. 6. Customer Relationship Management
Ensure excellent customer service during and after the loan process.
Address customer queries and resolve issues efficiently. Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of secured lending products (Loan Against Property, Secured Business Loans, etc.)
Proven sales and team management experience.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of local markets and customer behavior.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related field.
4-7 years of relevant experience in sales of secured loans.
Familiarity with financial documentation, legal processes, and credit norms. Preferred Industry Background
NBFCs, Banks, HFCs with a focus on secured lending.
