Degree Level: Bachelor's Degree : Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Business Development
Drive sales targets for Secured Business Loans (SBL), including property-backed loans, loan against property (LAP), working capital loans, and equipment loans.
Generate new business leads through cold calling, references, channel partners, and market networking.
Identify potential clients (SMEs, MSMEs, traders, manufacturers, service businesses) and design structured loan solutions based on their needs.
Conduct market mapping to identify new opportunities in assigned territories.
2. Team Management
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Executives/Relationship Officers to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Provide regular training and support on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance.
Monitor team productivity and guide them in improving lead conversion ratios.
Conduct joint client visits with team members for high-value prospects.
3. Credit & Risk Assessment
Ensure thorough due diligence of customer profiles, financial statements, banking behavior, property documents, and credit bureau reports.
Coordinate with credit teams to ensure smooth underwriting and quick turnaround time.
Maintain portfolio quality by ensuring adherence to credit policies and identifying early warning signals.
4. Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with customers, channel partners, DSAs, connectors, and builders.
Handle customer queries, negotiate terms, and close high-value deals.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
5. Compliance & Reporting
Maintain accurate MIS, daily activity reports, and sales pipeline updates.
Ensure compliance with all internal policies, RBI guidelines, KYC norms, and audit requirements.
Review documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy before loan file submission.

Experience in NBFCs, Banks, or Financial Institutions.
