Client Engagement & Site Visits
Schedule and conduct
site visits
for interested clients.
Provide detailed walkthroughs of properties, highlighting key features and investment benefits.
Build strong relationships with clients to increase trust and conversion rates.
Address client questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
Sales & Target Achievement
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Negotiate deals and assist clients throughout the booking and documentation process.
Coordinate with marketing and project teams to ensure accurate property information.
Team Coordination & Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Collaborate with the sales team to strategize lead generation and conversions.
Contribute to developing sales scripts, promotional content, and sales events.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
2-5 years of experience in
real estate sales, cold calling, or field sales
.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle high-volume calls and maintain professionalism.
Must have a two-wheeler/four-wheeler (if required for site visits).
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Goal-oriented, self-driven, and adaptable.
