Job Description

You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management. Manage Sales projects with respect to numbers, clarity on scope of supply target in maximum level of customer satisfaction while achieving maximum profit margins for the company. The Sales Head will be responsible for generating overall sales of the company and managing the sales teams. Ensure effective and profitable execution of all sales activities in line with the corporate objectives. Have to head the complete Team. Recruit, train and monitor team. Should ensure 100% collection within the credit limit and follow up on outstanding payments as well. Plan strategies in inventory management and pricing. Drive Channel and Direct Sales Team to achieve targeted numbers. Plan AOP and launches. Identification of Channel Partners, signing them up to generate business. Identify good channel partners in the market, connect on regular basis and promote projects to them. Interacting with channel partners for developing communication plans based on specific sales objectives and analysing it in keeping further sales planning into considerations. Carrying out presales promotional activities to ensure accomplishment of projected sales targets. Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing. Launch new CP initiatives and schemes in coordination with Marketing. Innovation and execution of various lead generation activities. Developing marketing & sales strategies to build consumer preference and drive volumes. Organizing and conducting CP meet on regular basisConducting market survey on newly launched projects by connecting with CP and competitors.Job Type: Regular / PermanentSalary: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per monthBenefits:
