Job Description

Team leadership:

Manage, train, coach, and motivate a team of real estate agents to meet and exceed sales targets.

Sales strategy and planning:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans, set sales goals, and monitor performance to achieve company objectives.

Market analysis:

Analyze market trends and conditions to identify new business opportunities and potential threats.

Client and partner relations:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and other professionals.

Sales operations:

Oversee sales activities, including property listings, negotiations, and closing processes, to ensure customer satisfaction.

Reporting and forecasting:

Prepare and analyze sales reports, track metrics, and provide forecasts to management. Male Candidate Only

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
