Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and revenue growth.Identify and develop new business opportunities within the water treatment sector.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and government agencies.Lead the sales team to achieve targets and provide training and mentorship.Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals with corporate and industrial clients.Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.Key Requirements:Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in sales within the water treatment industry, specifically in sewage water treatment, effluent treatment, and pure water generation.Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of water treatment processes, government regulations, and environmental compliance.Skills:Strong sales and negotiation skillsExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesAbility to develop and execute strategic sales plansRelationship-building and client management expertiseMarket research and business intelligence capabilities
