1r r Techno Commercial: Should be technically - commercial competent, identify risks and should be able to discuss the same with customers/channel partners/mgt etc.r r 2r r Market Analysis: Understanding of Market requirements, Customer profiling, identifying key value propositions for various customers/segments, competitor offerings and their strengths & weaknessr r 3r r Account Management: Key accounts to be provided (Panel Builders/Contractors/End users etc.) as per branch requirement. Should build customer relationship and drive sales from respective customers.r r 4r r Channel Management: Candidate will be responsible to manage business from various channel partners.
