Company Description Intech Analyticals and Instruments Role Description The Key Account Sales Manager role is a full-time hybrid role, for Telangana Region, with flexibility for some remote work. This role requires the individual to manage Key Pharma Accounts and ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service. The individual will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the scientific, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry. Experience in the chromatography or peptide industry is preferred. Experience in managing Pharma Key Accounts Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships with customers and key stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and market insights to develop and execute sales strategies. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and drive to succeed. Familiarity with CRM systems and software, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Mandatory to travel to meet with customers as needed, and willingness to cover other regions if needed. Willingness to travel locally and internationally if needed.
