The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. The role focuses on driving business growth through effective planning, market analysis, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance
Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance teams
Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions when required
Represent the company at trade fairs, meetings, and networking events
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to analyze data and prepare sales reports
Proficiency in MS Office / CRM software
Target-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
Experience in the hospitality / resort / service industry (if applicable)
Strong client-handling and relationship management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
