Core responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies:

Create and execute strategic action plans to achieve revenue, occupancy, and average daily rate goals.

Build and maintain client relationships:

Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including corporate clients, event organizers, and group bookings.

Prospect for new business:

Proactively find new business opportunities through direct sales calls, telemarketing, networking, and cold calls.

Negotiate contracts:

Negotiate terms and contracts for rooms, events, and other hotel services.

Manage the sales team:

Oversee, lead, and mentor the hotel's sales team to ensure high performance and goal achievement.

Analyze market data:

Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze competitor rates, monitor market trends, and use insights to adjust strategies.

Collaborate with other departments:

Coordinate with other hotel departments, such as marketing and events, to ensure seamless guest experiences and aligned strategies.

Manage sales activities:

Use CRM software to track client accounts, manage leads, and follow up on potential business.

Report on performance:

Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on sales activities, revenue performance, and progress toward goals.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
