Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



1. Sales Strategy and Planning:



a. Develop and execute regional sales plans in alignment with the company's overall business strategy.

b. Identify market opportunities and devise strategies to capitalize on them.

2. Team Leadership and Development:



a. Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.

b. Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets.

3. Customer Relationship Management:



a. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.

b. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

4. Market Analysis and Reporting:



a. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

b. Analyze sales data and generate reports to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.

5. Sales Operations:



a. Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.

b. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

c. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance and logistics to ensure seamless operations.

6. Product Knowledge:



a. Maintain a deep understanding of the company's IT rental equipment offerings.

b. Stay updated on new products and technologies in the IT rental market.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
