Achieve monthly and quarterly admission/enrolment targets.
Convert walk-in, telephonic, and digital leads into confirmed admissions.
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase student enrolment for various skill programs.
Plan and monitor promotional offers, referral programs, and upselling of advanced courses.
2. Team Management
Lead, train, and motivate counsellors, telecallers, and field executives.
Allocate leads, set daily targets, and track conversion ratios.
Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
3. Lead & Pipeline Management
Ensure timely follow-up with fresh and old leads.
Maintain and update CRM records accurately.
Identify reasons for lead dropouts and implement corrective actions.
4. Marketing & Partnerships
Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, events, and digital promotions.
Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, corporates, and placement agencies for tie-ups.
Represent the institute at education fairs and local events.
5. Reporting & Analysis
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
Present performance updates to senior management.
