Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue and occupancy goals for rooms, meetings, and other hotel services.
Client and relationship management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other potential customers.
Contract negotiation:
Negotiate contracts for events, conferences, and group bookings, ensuring terms are beneficial to the hotel.
Market analysis:
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay competitive and identify new opportunities.
Team leadership:
Lead, motivate, and provide guidance and training to the sales team to ensure high performance.
Marketing collaboration:
Work with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns and outreach strategies.
Reporting and forecasting:
Prepare sales reports and forecasts, using data analysis to identify areas for improvement.
