Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand technical products and communicate effectively with clients.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel as required.
