We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and manage B2B sales operations for our steel manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in industrial or raw material sales, preferably in steel or allied sectors, and be capable of expanding market presence, maintaining key accounts, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets for steel products (e.g., TMT bars, structural steel, coils, etc.).
Manage a team of sales executives and distributors across regions.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with key clients including builders, contractors, fabricators, and OEMs.
Oversee pricing, quotation, and negotiation processes.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
Handle tendering and project-based sales for government or infrastructure projects.
Prepare and present periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in B2B or industrial sales, preferably
