Role Overview & Key Responsibilities:- The Sales Manager - North will own revenue growth, key account development, and team performance across the North region, with Delhi NCR as the primary market. - This is a senior individual contributor + people management role, responsible for driving large B2B deals, building strategic enterprise relationships, and scaling a high-performing sales team.The role will work closely with the CEO, Sales Head, Operations, and Partnerships teams to align revenue growth and impact goals.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness & Revenue Growth- Own and deliver regional revenue targets for North India (Delhi NCR, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, UP, etc.).- Drive new business acquisition across enterprise, corporate, institutional, healthcare, education, and facility management segments.- Lead end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting, solutioning, commercial negotiations, contracting, and closures.- Build and maintain a strong enterprise pipeline with predictable forecasting and deal hygiene.Strategic Account Management- Develop long-term relationships with CXOs, Admin Heads, ESG/Sustainability leaders, and Facility Heads.- Manage and grow key accounts with a focus on multi-location and multi-year contracts.- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunitiesTeam Leadership- Build, coach, and manage a regional sales team (Sales Executives / Key Account Managers).- Set clear targets, KPIs, and review cadences to drive consistent performance.- Conduct joint sales calls, deal reviews, and pipeline grooming.Market & Partner Development- Strengthen partnerships with facility management companies, real estate developers, hospitals, and large institutions.- Provide structured feedback on customer needs, pricing, and competitive landscape.Cross-Functional Collaboration- Work closely with Operations & Customer Success to ensure feasibility, onboarding readiness, and service excellence.- Collaborate with Marketing on regional campaigns, enterprise outreach, and account-based marketing.- Support leadership with inputs for pricing strategy, GTM expansion, and new product launches.RequirementsWhat we're looking for:Experience- 8-12 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3-5 years in a regional / team leadership role.- Strong experience selling solutions/services to enterprises, corporates, or institutions.- Prior exposure to waste management, sustainability, facilities management, logistics, or ESG-driven solutions is a strong plus.Culture Fit: Must align with values - Integrity, Entrepreneurship, Collaboration, Customer-First, Innovation.
