: Tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and analysing data to guide decisions and improve results.

Sales Operations

: Overseeing the entire sales cycle, from market research to customer retention.

Obstacle Removal

: Identifying and resolving internal roadblocks that hinder the sales team's success.

Essential Skills



Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership and motivational abilities. Analytical skills for data interpretation. Deep understanding of products/services and market. Problem-solving and strategic thinking.
