We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive B2B sales in the education sector. The role requires extensive traveling to educational institutions, fostering strong partnerships, and closing deals to expand CollegeHai's presence
Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleges, universities, and educational institutions.
Drive sales by pitching CollegeHai's services to potential B2B clients.
Handle end-to-end business development, from prospecting to deal closure.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with key decision-makers.
Ensure consistent follow-ups and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
Requirements Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience (Preferably in the education sector).
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Willingness for extensive traveling within the state.
Must have a personal vehicle for travel.
Ability to work independently and drive business growth.
Comfortable with a field-intensive role requiring on-ground presence.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
