Leadership:

Recruit, hire, train, and mentor sales representatives to improve their skills and performance.

Strategy and goal-setting:

Develop and implement sales strategies, set sales goals and quotas, and define sales territories.

Performance monitoring:

Track and analyze sales performance data, report on progress, and make data-driven decisions.

Operations:

Manage the sales team and oversee daily sales activities to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

Forecasting:

Analyze data to forecast future sales and contribute to the overall business strategy.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
