Job Description

Team Leadership & Management:

Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate a team of insurance agents to improve their skills and performance.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies and set sales goals and quotas to meet company objectives.

Performance Monitoring:

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and activity reports to identify areas for improvement and ensure targets are met.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster growth and ensure client satisfaction.

Market Analysis:

Conduct market research and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Compliance & Reporting:

Ensure all sales activities comply with insurance industry regulations and company policies. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.

Collaboration:

Coordinate with other departments, such as underwriting and marketing, to optimize sales efforts and develop effective campaigns.
