Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives and channel partners.
Handle walk-in clients, site visits, and property presentations.
Generate leads through marketing campaigns, brokers, and referrals.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and real estate agents.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Negotiate deals and close sales agreements.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with legal and company policies.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and finance teams for smooth operations.
