Job Description

The Sales Manager- Civil Helicopters will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing client relationships within the aerospace industry - specifically in the helicopters domain. This role is based in Delhi and requires expertise in sales within the government sector, charter players and the corporate houses.
The key responsibilities of the role are -

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the civil helicopter segment - including but not limited to Govt bodies, charter players, corporate houses and VIP clientele
  • Should understand and be comfortable with complex sales and products
  • Should be comfortable with a long sales cycle
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Aerospace Industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals with cross functional collaboration with the technical and product teams
  • Solution selling approach and mindset
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts to senior management.

The successful applicant will have -
  • Proven expertise in sales within the Aerospace Industry / capital equipment industry / machinery and tooling industry / helicopter industry
  • Strong knowledge of the civil helicopter market and related technologies.
  • Exposure of working on large deals with clients in the government sector or large corporate houses
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Educational qualifications in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning.
  • Proactive and results-driven mindset.
