Job descriptionr r Roles and Responsibilitiesr r 1. Agency Channel /POS Developmentr r

  • r
  • Help employee for Sourcing/servicing POS Agents as per the agreed mix and policy.r
  • Agency Channel/POS Development for the assigned location.r
  • Coordinating with Operations team for pre licensing, training, and licensing.r
  • Conduct induction training and coordinate with sales training team for product and ongoingr
r r trainings for the respective POS.r r
  • r
  • Maintaining the agreed mix of new and existing agents /POS.r
  • Develop and execute strategies to reach out to various market segments.r
r r 2. Agency Channel /POS Managementr r
  • r
  • Monitoring Agent performance on the common variables of segment way to the market -r
r r Renewal/Fresh database, funnel, and closures.r r
  • r
  • Maintaining the high active percentage of POS.r
  • Controlling Attrition of POS Agents.r
  • Ensuring high productivity of team and POS and manage the right level of channelr
r r engagement with the POS.r r 3. Channel Servicingr r
  • r
  • Reconciliation of partner accounts and coordination with all the departments for samer
r r 4. Profitabilityr r
  • r
  • Work on various market dynamics and provide feedback for the improvement in the internalr
r r organisation to cope up with the same.r r

  • Management of loss ratios.r
r r 5. Compliance & Hygiener r
  • r
  • To ensure compliance with the external bodies and other authorities.r
  • Ensure internal compliance.r
  • Manage cheque bounce recovery and business pendency.r
