Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement plans for HDPE pipe sales (pipes, fittings, DWC), focusing on project, institutional (B2B), and potentially channel sales.

Business Development:

Identify new opportunities, generate leads, and expand market presence.

Client Management:

Build relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and end-users; ensure customer satisfaction.

Market Analysis:

Conduct competitor analysis, research market trends, and understand product positioning (HDPE, PVC, UPVC).

Team Leadership:

Guide, train, and motivate sales teams to meet targets.

Negotiation & Pricing:

Secure profitable deals through effective price negotiation.
Essential Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

Proven sales/marketing background, ideally in plastic pipes (HDPE/PVC) or related building materials.

Technical Knowledge:

Understanding of HDPE, PVC, UPVC, CPVC, and their applications.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and relationship-building skills.

Education:

Bachelor's degree (MBA/PGDM in Marketing is often a plus).

Other:

Strong understanding of market dynamics, digital tools (MS Office), and potentially a personal network (database) of industry contacts.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
