Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue and profitability
goals in the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
? Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and
cold calling.
? Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and partners to ensure
long-term business success.
? Negotiate and close contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for
the company.
? Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the sales team, setting performance targets
and conducting regular performance reviews.
? Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead of
industry developments and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
? Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports to senior management.
? Collaborate closely with internal departments, including operations, customer service,
and finance, to ensure smooth execution of customer orders and services.
? Track and analyze sales metrics, providing regular reports on sales performance and
forecasting.
? Manage and optimize the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of leads
and opportunities.
? Attend industry conferences, events, and trade shows to represent the company and
generate new business leads.
